Personal History

Fabrice joined UBS as a graduate trainee in 2000 and began to manage high net worth international clients in 2002. During his time there, he gained the UBS Weath Management Diploma and the UBS WMI Client Advisor HNWI certification. In 2004, he was given the opportunity to start the UK International Financial Intermediaries (FIM) Desk at UBS, where he focused on the management and development of Anglo-Saxon FIMs, including Independent Trust Companies, External Asset Managers, and Semi-Institutional clients and firms. This role gave Fabrice a unique perspective on the Trust world that he brought with him when he helped form Fides in 2010. He is the Managing Director of Fides Trustees SA and has also managed a number of commercial properties in Switzerland over the past 8 years. Fabrice is married with two sons, and while he used to specialise in Iberian riding and dressage, he now spends more time involved with sports teams in his local area.

Education

Degree in Business Studies from the University of Annecy.

Future Ambition

To race the Geneva triathlon in 2019—a challenge comprised of a 500m swim in Lake Geneva, a 17km cycle along the shores of the lake (including the infamous Chemin de l’Impératrice climb) and a 5k foot race through the heart of the city.
