Personal History

Marc qualified as a solicitor in the UK in 2002 while training at Clifford Chance. He then moved to the corporate finance legal team at Credit Suisse, advising on mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital market transactions involving the bank for 6 years before returning to private practice. During his time at a London firm, he worked closely with Fides on a number of matters and joined them as a director of Fides Properties Limited and Fides Consultants Ltd in 2013.

Education

Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Town, Diploma in Law from the College of Law, London.

Future Ambition

To run a sub-4 hour marathon.
